The Federation is making sincere efforts to develop a library-cum-documentation centre for providing research facilities to researchers in the field of cooperation. the library adopts the Dewey Decimal Classification (DCC) system for indepth classification of books, documents etc. it also adopts Anglo American Catalogical Rules (AACR) to facilitates ready reference.

The library also subscribes to few journals and periodicals. the library also acquires other useful material like pamphlets, non-priced documents, unpublished monographs, manuscripts etc.
The library continues to extend the current awareness services on reference and information to promote R&D work. There are ample opportunities to develop the centre into an excellent full-fledged library-cum-documentation centre .the existing premises do permit the library to extend the facilities of storage and display of new arrivals, reading and reference to the staff members/visitors to some extent only.
